The Airline Improvement District is centrally located and is within 6 miles of Intercontinental Airport and 9 miles North of Downtown Houston.

The Airline Improvement District provides graffiti and nuisance and abatement services, street lighting along Airline Drive within the District, a 10 acre park located at 222 Raymac Street as well as enhanced Harris County Sheriff’s patrol to its residents and businesses.

The District also has completed ongoing infrastructure projects which include sidewalks, median and signal upgrades to certain locations within the District, as well as numerous water and wastewater related projects.
